03 VY Idles low/ turns off while driving

Hey guy's,
First time here. I received a 03 Vy commodore V6 SPac etc from my partner a few years ago (2018) and up until now... my car has been playing up.

My car use to idle low a lot whilst driving and I changed almost everything a mechanic told me could be the problem. I changed drive belt, tensioner, CAS, fuel pump, alternator, transmission filter, fuses but it still continued to happen (so pretty much ignored it) until two days ago whilst I am driving, my car idles very low a few times and now the engine shuts off whilst I driving. I almost got into an accident yesterday because my car turned off whilst driving down my street. I called a mechanic out and he couldn't find the problem as it turns on and runs fine and no errors or faults come up on the scanning tool.

My car is also running a 16inch sub and a high amp. My partner just told me he had a yellowtop battery installed until it died a week before he gave me his vehicle

Run/Read the live Data on the Scan too, and see what it isn't doing,

Could be the -
TPS,
IAC Valve,
Filthy TB,
Vac leak [perished/cracked/lose hoses],
EGR Valve Fault/Leak,
LIM Gaskets,
Plusg,
Leads,
DFI,
Coils,
Fault in the loom/connectors/plugs

Thats to just name a few things to check
