06VZ not starting/service reminder will not clear.

well here i am again a week after putting in a new alternator went to start up the wagon this morning and its turning over but wont start. also when i try to reset the service reminder it says no items to reset but then i get the service reminder a few seconds later. im hoping this is not a computer issue...going to replace coils and sparks and see what happens. if that doesnt work im thinking fuel pump?

usual culprit is oil pressure sender, but could be many other suspects
often there is a message as well
eg "service engine oil" and then "service vehicle soon"
you will need a full scan, i think svs faults are stored in the cluster or maybe bcm

with a tech 2?
then you need to clear the codes
most cheapo scan tools only handle ecu codes

if it says critical fuel sender or extremely low fuel or something like that
with a no crank
then that sounds like ecu
