07 WM Caprice - Vehicle Bluetooth - Removing Stored Devices

Does anyone know how to remove stored Bluetooth connections in the vehicle's system? Apparently the "Vehicle BT" can store up to six devices paired to it. My problem is that the system still has old mobiles in its memory and won't pair with a new phone I have. Do I have to take it to the dealer to get it cleared with a Tech 2 or is there some other way? Any advice would be appreciated.

It’s badged as Bose, but I think it’s a rebadge of another unit?
