08/09 SS V Ute/Tyres
Can anyone shed some light on this topic?
From about mid 2008 onwards when the MY08.5 was released Holden changed their tyre supplier from Bridgestone to Michelin tyres. This only affects the SS V Ute, which use to have Bridgestone Potenza before the MY08.5 and now has the Michelin.
I have looked at other SS V sedans and sportwagons current and past and their tyres are still the same Bridgestone Potenza. The SS V model across the whole range has exactly the same size rims, so why is the Ute different when it gets down to rubber compound?
