All of a sudden my 09 ve commodore wagons boot won’t shut. Anyone have any suggestions

When you say it wont shut,
as in wont close, or wont Lock ?
If it wont close, I would say t he struts have failed, source a set online, or go to a wreckers
Don't waste your time with S/Hand ones, unless you can not afford new ones,
As in Wont Lock, the Boot lock probably damaged, pick one up at a wreckers, cheaper than a dealer, and you will still be in front if it fails again.
