09 VE10 SSV fuel gauge Fault

    Hoping someone might know what the problem with the fuel gauge on my 09 VE10 SSV is caused by

    Every so often(4) times now the fuel gauge stops working and the contact dealer appears on the display, have contacted local dealer but they were unable to help with fault

    Ha ha that's crap that they can't help when it says contact dealer. Maybe now it should say contact different dealer.
    But anyway I'd take it somewhere else. Could just be sensor or something little like that.

    I'd be emailing Holden Customer Service and tell them the dealers response.

    I'm getting that exact same problem. I hope I don't get fobbed off by Holden too, it's a very annoying issue. :blah blah:
