10 Stacker trouble

Now- there isnt anything wrong with mine as far as i know, But is it just me or is it a bloody **** to get out???? i have to use my house key to help get leverage to pop the damn thing out AFTER its already been ejected a bit. Is it meant to do this or is it just playing funny buggers with me?

After you have slid the outer cover to the left, all you should have to do is press in the eject button, it should pop up a bit and then it should just lift out - without any tools (or house keys).

It only pops up another 1cm~ or so after that, its awkward and slippery to try and get it out with no room at all to manouver around maybe mines just got a shitted spring :/
