Their not exactly cheap subs to me ha

Its up to you what subs you end up going with, But for me those subs would be fine

As to speakers ( i suggest the Maximo 6.5 ) as they sound great

I have only heard good things of the PDX amps also

As to the H/U why you wanting to spend $999 on just the H / U?

It's a great h/u, unless you can find me a better one for a cheaper price i'd go with that one, but if you point me in the direction of a good h/u i'll be sure to check it.

Why not just like a good Single Din ( 3 - 4 Hundred ) i spent $400 on my H / U Kenwood DDX31 bt ( i think ha ) its aight i know its only kenwood but it got 3 pre out av rear view camera nav telephone cd dvd everything you need tbh, and thats a Double Din touch screen.

Sure if i had the money i would spend it on a top of the line alpine H / U so if money isnt a problem go for it.

I don't have a lot of cash, but i set goals on things. so I know how much money it is work it all out so i can save some and get things, I put some away each week and stuff so I can have it. The reason i do this is so I don't waste money on drinking and stuff like that. I'm not going to get these for a while just need to get a basic idea.

If you want quality stay away from Alpine. Fusion is easily the best choice if you want a loud, tough system. If not fusion, then some Sony Xplod subs, powered by some powervox amps from ebay. They have heaps of power (like 3000W), for a really good price.

/troll

Anyways, not sure if serious?

If you are after solid sound quality, you won't find it at your local JB hi-fi (ie. Forget about buying Alpine, Pioneer, Sony, Fusion etc.etc.)

110DB isnt high at all, you can achieve that off a cheap US audio sub. The boys have said alot of good comments on what you should do.

My last system was Vibe audio which consisted of two 12s and bass 5 amp, focal utopias cost me close to $12000 and that got me 148db and 159db on a burp.

All comes down to your budget, you get what you pay for.

umm... pics?
