1984 VK Berlina- Bay smoothing in progress

Hey guys, newest little addition to the driveway,

1984 VK Berlina
-> Black 202, dual fuel
-> Brown interior / tan seats (Has an immaculate interior)
->8000k HIDs
-> SL front and rear
-> Completly dent free
-> Fresh white respray
-> Just a few little rust spots that need fixing and itll be spot on

Can't believe i managed to pick it up for $500.

Just need to sort out its RWC (peice of piss) and find $850 for new registration and itll be driven until ive finished the 308, found a good manual box, tailshaft, new diff, and then ill start stripping everything and re-building the whole thing into a great, stockish, fresh looking little weapon with a decent amount of grunt behind it with a roaring note (already got that sorted hah)

Started doing the bay over the weekend in the workshop, pretty happy with how its turning out so far

Sweet, im getting a VK Calais off my mate for next to nothing, was v8 but hes putting a 202 in it for me. , Bad things, it has a cracked windscreen and hail damage to every part of the car :/

thanks man, well I've already had the 308, was in my old vk, wasn't too far off being fully worked and its got plenty of go, can't wait. All the engine stuff is good too, i can't wait to go somewhere at a meet and lift the bonnet to have of of those bays people stop to look at, all worth the work

Im pretty stocked with how its coming off, its only about a week from paint, im doing it in my workshop at work so its whenever time permits that i get to do work on it, but in small steps im thrilled with how its progressing!

Haha yeah i know what you mean, did you do that with the VH? To be honest i could well have bought that instead of another vk if it came up a little earlier haha.

Yeah, well of course you know all about the motor thats going in so yeah, im pretty excited to have that thing going again haha
