1997 304i tuning, Perth/ WA

Hi everyone,
not sure if this is the right place to post this, however i am after advice on who to go to for a tune up on a VT series I 304. everyone seems to do LS these days.
I have owned the car about a month now, not sure the history of the car, but its cammed with an exhaust and Kalmaker software i believe. Problem is the car is running rough, rich and lacks power down low, but loads up top. I am after a more street-able tune, more for cruising than anything else.
believe i am limited to Bill Lee or Kalmaker? can anyone suggest others/ or make a recommendation?

I have no experience with this shop, but Mark's Workshop in York does a lot of cars (look at their YouTube channel) and seems to have done a lot of work with 304s. Their site also says they do Kalmaker.
