It’s a Camiradore! On the plus side you can just hop into the engine bay if you need to work on the engine!

Isn't there alot of hills in NZ? How many of them sold did they reallly use less fuel than the v6 as the driver would have the foot flat to the floor alot.

I've never driven one but the little brother in law had one for a while.

I believe they came with 4.11 gears in the rear.

I had a 4 cyl VH back in the day, it wasn't bad, it wasn't fast either but good enough for a first car.

Mum had a vc I think, wit the starfire 4cyl. From memory, it was gutless, even in that car

They certainly weren't fast. Mine topped out at 130km/h on a flat road. It was manual too, I can only imagine what the auto was like.

Dad was given a 4 cyl VC wagon loan car from the dealer while he was waiting for his new VH to be delivered.

What a bucket.

This is the first time I've ever heard of a 4 cylinder VN Commodore, and it really doesn't seem right at all... I realise NZ got some oddballs like an RB20 VL, but at least that was a 6 cylinder... How much longer did they put 4 cylinders in Commodores (obviously excluding ZB)?
