VX SS1 sedan
Hi guys, name Maddo.

recently bought a VX SS sedan, quiksilver in colour, just spend a few G on the in-car entertainment.

Looking to have a new set of 20" Rims soon....

PROBLEM:

front rims are 20x8' which is Dandy....
REAR rims are 20x10',

CAN i fit them? and what would be involved with this upgrade?

the reason i am hitting up the 10 inch rears, because Big dish is my Fave dish!
any advice Much appreciated.

cheers.

--EDIT--
The rims i have chosen are:
20" Zenetti Legend -black/machined/chrome lip

Hey mate, i got 20" SSA Torques on my VX. From memory they are 22x8.5 and wrapped in 255/30/20. I think you need to be careful of the offset. Find out what the offset is on those mags your looking at, better yet try them on.. The 10" in the rears might be a problem unless the guards are rolled or the offset allows them to be inset closer to the hubs if the tyre fits.

big wheels mean 2 things...

1.i got money look at me
2.im compensating for my small penis...that y i got 17's:p

edit, u will need guards rolled and maybe pumped, and the tyre might hit the spring and even might hit the shocker, only way is to get under the car and measureto the spring and shock

i think you only need to de-lip your gaurds, ive seen the new ve ss 20s under a vx and i think the 20 by 8.5 or 9? and they wernt de-lipped gaurds?
otherwise, smash on some 19s instead?

I'm hopeless at maths, but i've got the measurements c/o Google search.

20 x 10.0, 22 offset, 4" Lip.

The guy at Ozzy Tyres in Bibra Lake reckons he's fit similar rims to a VX clubby, using shims and a hammer, etc.

the reasons for such a footprint on the rear is:
1: Better traction...... and Thicker skids if i desire!
2: More expensive tyres, so less chance of Above mentioned driving!

be totally honest fella's and just let me know if its worth the research or just wasting my time?
i dont wanna D**k around unless its gonna pay off!?
