So i have a 2007 VE ute.

My mate has just put some tein coilovers in and they are on the lowest setting because i don't have the tool to change ride height.
I've ordered 20" inch advant garde illest wheels with 245/35/20 tyres that should be here in the next few days.

my question is will these tyres fit? will i need to raise my ride height?

anyone who has 20's with coilovers please let me know your experiences.

8.5 width with an offset of +40. Yeah I assumed I would have to roll my guards

This is a stupid question. You should have read the wheel size thread.

You want to fit factory size wheels and tyres (VE supersports are 245/35R20 8" wide and 48P and the others are HSV pentagons which are 245/35R20 8.5" wide and 36P) so why would they need a guard roll??? You only need a guard roll if your new wheels are wide and lower offset causing them to contact the body.

I had 245/35R20 on 20x9.5" with 28P offset AND Tein Coilovers as low as they go with no rubs. Maybe I suggest you buy a tool and raise the car if it's on the street as that ride height is WAY below legal
