Hi guys was driving my 2000 VT and all of a sudden all the warning lights came up on the dash, and lost all acceleration!!! The car was running fine earlier that day. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I'm hoping its just a sensor or something that's worn out setting everything else off?? :(

All the warning lights coming on, is usually the symptoms of a failing ABS module (search the Forum for this, as there are plenty of posts on this subject).
As far as loosing power, it may have to do with the ABS module, but I haven't heard of this happening.
It's not to say it can't happen though.

Possible immobiliser issue, did it shut down or just go into limp mode?

Maybe an overheating issue, we once had the light come on and the engine shut down.
The engine wasn't boiling hot and the shutdown is a safety measure to avoid a stuffed engine.
