Check indicators relay, in the area below the steering wheel.
A slow flash can also indicate a globe has blown on the side that is flashing: turn car on, put in N, apply handbrake and turn on the indicator which is 'slow'. Get out and go to the front and check. Do the same at the back.

Or for what ever reason that side (one of the globes?) is loading up the circuit.

OP might be best to replace the flasher relay (not expensive) and change the indicator globes on that side. (Not expensive)

If that doesn’t resolve it, it might be the relay inside the BCM, which is a bit fiddly but a cheap fix and some handy soldering.
