2005 VZ Calais V8 help to start up

Hi all, I have a 2005 V8 VZ Commodore Calais it hasn't been driven or started up for around 4 years and I only just got it back, just wondering what I would have to do in order to get it too start up?

First thing would be fuel, and have a fully charged battery, was there any fuel left in the tank, it will be stale, would drain any fuel left it the tank, make sure fuel pump is working, old stale fuel will gum up the pump fuel pump, and stop it from working, if ok, add clean fresh petrol. check all other fuilds for correct levels, would recommend changing the engine oil, oil filter, and fuel filter as well, as a minimum to start with.
