2006 VE ECU broken

I own a 2006 ve berlina and recently my ecu fried . I have a replacement ecu but it needs to be flashed to my car could someone tell me where i can obtain the software and exactly whats the process please

Probably easier and safer to try your local auto electrician, mechanic or Holden Dealer.
