    Hi Guys,

Hoping someone can help out with this Question but long story sort i have a 2007 VE lumina V6 i have only had this car for about 6 months when i first got it the Trans Pump went and had to get that fixed but besides that the car has been fine But !

In the last month my cars been playing up with the Revs it does something funny which i haven't seen before but when driving saying from 80 to 100km the revs will jump up and down from 1500 to 2000 its almost like it surges up and down. it will do this about 2 times while increasing speed then the car will be fine it will only do it sometimes while driving not all the time but it has been doing it almost every day this week

Really have no idea what the hell it could be TPS ? Trans ?

Any ideas would be great guys :)

    Cheers

Not a wiz with this stuff myself, but had similar problem with another vehicle I have, I found a vacum line had perished and it was sucking air, the computer picks up on this leak and tries to adjust the fuel/air ratio.
So my first look would be for a leak, I found mine by spraying carby clean around the intake while the car idles.

Thats your transmission. They may have fixed the Pump in the transmission but there is something else seriously wrong with it. Get a transmission place to go for a drive with you. They will do this for nothing and offer you some advice.
