2008 Holden Commodore SV6 A/C issue

hey all, newbie to the world of commodores here , bought one recently , car drives great and I absolutely love it ,but I stupidly forgot to check the AC , fans work fine and it works fine on hot , but on cold it blows warm air , and the light on the AC button does not switch on even when I pressed/held it down a few times , any clue what it is or if it just needs a regas cheers.

take it to aircon people, probably out of gas due to a leak, wheres leak? who knows. could cost anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand to fix.
