2008 VE Anniversity Electric Window wont work

FOUND and removed the window Control module

If i check the Power Windows RAP with the fuse out only the top has 12V. No 12V on the other side

rap relay terminal 85 should be battery volts when ignition on reds

if the rap relay is not energising you will not get power to the window control module

easy to get the window control module apartm LOOK under Mad Light NO High resistance joint anywhere. Where is the rap relay? Argh i know. Why do you think I have no power on both sides of that fuse breaker? Or the RAP relay which is hidden behind a massive loom and hard to get at. Is this the one you are talking about? If so, have no power on both sides, what could cause this?

whatever he is called is in kickpanel fuse box
stop chasing down the line, your fault is upstream

By the way the radio still works when I turn the ignition off and the radio goes off when I open the drivers door

No power on both sides of fuse 24 2A RAP Control PWR WDO

looks like breaker B! is used on cars that dont have window control module

you need to find the relay, should be a basic square bosch by this dodgy diagram

Relay R1, Rap 1 whatever he calls himself
pin 30 battery volts
pin 87 normally open
pin 85 is output from bcm, battery volts when engine running
pin 86 is ground

pin 87 receives power if relay closes. it then supplies that power to the circuit breaker B1, circuit breaker B2 and fuse 24
