2008 VE Anniversity Electric Window wont work

Relay R1, Rap 1 whatever he calls himself
pin 30 battery volts
pin 87 normally open
pin 85 is output from bcm, battery volts when engine running
pin 86 is ground

pin 87 receives power if relay closes. it then supplies that power to the circuit breaker B1, circuit breaker B2 and fuse 24
I will fit by cable ties the control module up where it live as it just about impossible to get it in the correct position and will have a go on the
relay tomorrow, thankjs for your help, need a rest

no worries
if you can make the fused jumper described earlier
fit it to the socket side of pin 87 and socket side of pin 30
your windows should then work always ,regardless of ignition position

Right. Progress.
I bridged out pin 87 and pin 30 and all four windows go down and all four windows go up. So what does that mean? Is the problem from the BCM or before that?

Youre damn right. Checked everything except for that relay. I found the coil on R1 relay to have too much high resistence so i swapped the door lock relay and the windows now work perfectly. I checked everything except for the most common thing to fail except for a fuse. A stupid relay made me pull my hair out. Anyhow I will let you know when I buy a new relay but as it stands I wont drive the car until I get one because the relay im using now is from the central locking (I think). It had to be the worst relay to remove. All the other relays were reasonably easy to remove and get to but not this one. It was hidden behind that thick wiring loom.
Once again thanks very much. The price you pay when you dont have spares e.g. relays of different current ratings.

i was worried it was the bcm
I normally have Holden Relays but you guessed it one by one they have been given away to friend of Friend. ......Fu.cken Idiot!!!!
Tell me if it was a BCM I would bridge this two pins together FULL Stop because to get a BCM Plus get it mated to my car would cost What 200 or $300 or more $$$$$$ for both or maybe more.

so power windows work always, regardless of ignition position
Sunday
Got the driver side bits and peices back in in the car, got the the window switch and its bits and peice back in too so All I need to do is buy a new Relay which i will do when I go shopping on Monday. Anyhow Whilst I'm at it I will but 2 Relays, one to replace R1 the defective one and I will buy the EXACT one for a spare for the Fuel Pump. Yes R1 and the fuel pump relay have the same part number and the pins are the same
