2009 VE SSV V8 leaking coolant

Purchased a 2009 VE SSV V8 .. got it home and noticed a bit of coolant leaking on the right hand side where overflow bottle is .., has been doing this since I got her .. today was catastrophic though .. got a good torch and looking in and there’s coolant everywhere .. Coolant sitting everywhere in the engine bay and sprayed all over the place ! .. am only driving her for 10 mins at a time here and there to shops and pick up kids from school but want to find out what the issue is before I take her any further ! .. anyone had a similar situation or know what the issue could be ? cheers,

Maybe idle the car with the bonnet up for 5-10mins.

As the system warms up to pressure, it may be obvious where its from.
