2011 VE Series 2 SV6 Sportwagon Shuddering

Hi guys, have owned this wagon for 5 months now and haven't had this issue before. Just took it on an hour and a half - 2 hour drive this morning, and no problems. Got home, went inside for about half an hour before jumping back in the car. As soon as I turned it back on, instantly started shuddering as if it was about to stall (automatic by the way). Just waited a couple seconds to see if it would right itself, until the engine light came on and started dinging at me. Still awful shuddering, so just turned it off. Waited a few seconds, turned it back on and drove off with no problems. Has anyone had this before? Will be chucking it on a scan tool at some point in the week.

Getting the codes first is going to be where to start.
Remember that just because a code is generated doesn't mean the sensor is at fault.
It may well be doing its job.
