VE SV6 S2 MY12
Hi all, i have a 2012 ve sv6 in hazard yellow, i bought in early Jan.
Recently ive noticed that the front bumper is actually a lighter shade, and that the clear coat in quite a few spots has started to peel.
i was looking closely at it today after i washed in and saw yellow paint on the bottom chrome grill. What do you think it is just a shitty respray? or something else?

Thanks for your responses in advance.

If there is no damage to the undercoat (original paint) is it feasible to clean up the surrounding surface and re apply the clear-coat ?
