it depends on what you mean by performance mods, exhaust, intake, suspension, and last but not least budget

Anything you change will not void your cars warranty. You will only void the part you change. e.g if you lower the car and you make a warranty claim that's not related to lowering it, then you're fine.

It depends, as any mod can void warranty parts of the car.

Can i change the exhaust, air intake and get a tune without voiding warranty?
Budget isn't a problem

You'll be voiding the warranty for the engine and computer because it is no longer the way it came from factory but everything else like electrical components and suspension should still be under warranty.

You can modify it if you want, I did. Doing the exhaust would probably be the only mod you can do that won't eff up the engine.

I was told by a Holden Tech that the only mod you can do that won't cause any warrenty issues is cat back exhaust.
