2013 Barina TM Error on dash Code 84

After cleaning my Car i now have an error come up on the dash "Code 84"

The car was serviced a month ago!

I have check the manual and all it tells me is engine power reduced. Which would be why i cant get it over 25 kms

I did not hose under the bonnet but did hose the vent at the bottom of the windscreen "just below the wipers" to remove a bunch of small nuts from the trees

I have tried disconecting the battery but the error comes back

Anyone know what this code means as i called the local holden service centre and they cant tell me without the car and they are booked out untill the end of next week!

I have just had this code come up in my barina and the check engine light. What was the outcome after u went to Holden?
