I only looked at one tyre manufacture and found this, the other brands may have similar sizes.



Bridgestone Potenza S007A

245/40R20 99Y overall diameter 704mm

285/35R20 101Y overall diameter 708mm


The tyre diameter was calculated using Tempe Tyre's Tyre Calculator.

How does the overall diameter compare to your existing setup?

Original diameter is 679mm according to QLD transport 'The overall diameter of any tyre fitted to a passenger car or passenger car derivative must not be more than 15mm larger or 26mm smaller than that of any tyre designated by the vehicle manufacturer for that model'.

I'm really trying to stay within the ridiculous constraints set out in code of practice for all my mods so I'd be looking at something like a 245/35 or a 255/35 but this is where the load rating becomes an issue.

The rear is fine its the front that is the problem.

The Powertrac are 102 w for 255 and 275 but they are cheap at Tyroola
