When you say the battery is good, have you load tested it.
It may be charging OK and start the car ok, but if the voltage during start up drops too low, a lot the the systems in the car will drop out as they aren't getting enough power and you end up with a stack of comms errors.
If the battery passes that, i'd be looking at injectors. But hard to know which one until it logs an error.
Our SV6 VE had intermittant issues with misfires, sometimes it logged an error showing a misfire on no6, with an associated error for Injector no6, sometimes not, very hit and miss, literally. Dealer wouldn't push Holden for a warranty fix until it became permanent.
Interestingly, the problem ceased when we ceased taking it to that dealer, has been fine for the last 6 years.
