I've decided its time to upgrade the cam in my vc blue 202. I'm looking at some dynotec cams on ebay at the moment (HOLDEN 6 CYL DYNOTECH CAMS Brand New - eBay, Other Car Parts, Accessories, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 15-Jul-08 19:43:12 AEST)), and the price is excellent. I'm thinking about the stage two cam they have, but I'm still learning and i'm not exactly sure what the figures mean, or how they compare to the stock cam, or say a gtrxu1 cam.
The figures for the stage 2 are: Duro @50 217/217 Valve Lift 448/448.
Does anyone know how these figures compare? I've looked at camtech cams, but i can't make much sense of the figures.
And has anyone had any experience with these cams with regards to quality?
Thanks.

Gregorys manual will help. But if you get things wrong it can go BANG in a big way
