So i have just dropped my 2000 VX Calais LS1 to Gareth at Willall Racing in S.A for a 220/220 comp cam and valve springs.
When i bought the Calais it already had 2.5" xforce system with hi flow cats and extractors, OTR with maffless tune, shift kitted and LS1 edit. It made 226rwkw on the inital power run and i have taken before vids of the idle, rev and 0-120ish.
I pick her up tomorrow afternoon and i am beside myself with excitement! Watch this space.

I made 274rwkw with a mad increase in torque. Much lumpier idle than i was expecting from such a small cam. So happy with how it turned out.

I researched cams all over the forums and came to the 220 being perfect for what I wanted in a daily driver. Willall agreed with me and have done them a hundred times.

No i actually gained a whole lot of torque. Being the smaller cam it adds more to torque than a larger cam. My 2nd gear used to redline at 5500 at about 130kph. Now its shifting at 6500 revs and at 160kph!
