Guys I know you both have experience here but seriously the L77 does 220rwkw out of the box. So did the L98 I'm told.

Might have to agree to disagree. I call happy dyno :p

2015 Subaru Forester, XR6 turbo ute.
As long as you are happy with the money spent, and the result, thats all that matters.

Thats right numbers dont mean **** as long as it makes you smile...
Nice torque curve.

Thats a main line dyno, that brand reads low every time...

My car is being dyno'd today with 1 3/4" headers, high flow cats, 2.5" cat back and vcm otr. Pretty keen to see how it goes and a rough figure.

It will be anywhere between 240 - 270 rwkw. Imo the lower the number, the more accurate the dyno is.

See if you can get them to run it on the dyno before any work is done and chuck up a pic of your dyno print out if you can.

Hi-Torque at Southport on GC ...do LOTS of really big HP cars..about 18 months ago gave me a readout after tune and with 98 Shell of 223kw.
Given their competition heritage i never doubted the readout...but was 'happy' with just under 300bhp at rears.
Ute is bog stock, Auto, had 40 lbs/sq in pressure in Federal 595's on 19's, ran it in 4th to 180 kph from memory. At the time ute had done 38,000km (highway) with Castrol edge.
They changed the shift points...I left their factory in a very different ute than I went in...maybe they put a 'stroker kit' in it...or maybe I got stroked...???
Whatever..I was smilin'...it does go pretty hard for a stock ute..but ..after reading this...well, it made me change my avatar to a Turkey..
