253-308 Rockers

Can any body help?

Putting together 308 and putting the bridges onto the rockers.

Have noticed they have a arrow on them, what way should this face, towards the spark plugs or towards the cam.

Any help would be appreciated

correct
the alloy pivots arrow points towards the centre of the engine (or where the cam is)
