Hi all,

New here not sure if this has been covered but I can’t seem too find it, just wondering if I can fit 255/35/20 (9”) on the front of my vf with standard suspension?
If so what offset would I need and will that tyre fit in the spare location??

Thanks

I got a quote the other day for new wheels and the guy thought I wanted 275/30/20 (9”) and said it would fit easily and that I could get a 11” wheel in the back. I can’t remember what the offset was but I think it was 30. If you go to a wheel place ask for HSV GTS spec.

Looking at HSVi 8.5" all round with probably some 9" PS4S. Not sure if I'd rather spend at least double on hsv staggered for better grip and ride. Any thoughts?

Thoughts...you really should say tyre sizes in mm not inches. 9 inches = 228.6mm.

I have 10 rears with 275/30 +41 offset with guards rolled, fronts are 9.5 with 245/35 +27 (to clear brembos) I'd say 9 inch with 245/35 with a offset from +35 to 42 will give it a good looking flush look

I always thought rim width was inches and tyre width was mm as in the rim is 8.5” and fits a 245mm tyre
