I always thought rim width was inches and tyre width was mm as in the rim is 8.5” and fits a 245mm tyre
you're correct but tyres can be wider then the rim for things like drags and narrower for look or guard clearance, some people will run a 245 tyre on a 10 due to an agressive offset or having a "streched" look

@dimetime how close are your wheels to the brembo’s? I’m looking at the same wheels as you but I’m putting on the 6/4 pot Brembo’s

about 3 or 4mm, I'll grab a photo and show you how close, I'd say the +27 would be fine with either 4 or 6 pot as it's the part of the caliper closest to the hub, the 6 pots are pretty much longer not so much thicker so id imagine your be fine with 6 aswell as the 4.
keep in mind +27 offset on a 9.5 will poke so you'll need a touch of camber.
also as for the koya sf11, I'd go the 9.5 concave front and the 10.5 deep concave in the rear, I went the 10 regular concave and I think the extra bit of concave looks unreal in the rear

should be fine, my setup is

PS4S 265/35/R20 MO1 (mercedes edition which has a narrower tread width, almost same as the 255) 9" front with +33 offset
PS4S 295/30/R20 MO1 (same as above, tread width the same as normal 285) 10" rear with +57 offset

car is standard height, no guard rolling needed front and rear.

I have 10 rears with 275/30 +41 offset with guards rolled, fronts are 9.5 with 245/35 +27 (to clear brembos) I'd say 9 inch with 245/35 with a offset from +35 to 42 will give it a good looking flush lookView attachment 204509
Hi dimetime

Do your fronts hang out the guards at all?

Hi snortings,

How wide are your rims on the front and what offset?
Hey mate,

FRONT: 20x8.5 | 255/35R20
REAR: 20x10 | 255/35/R20

Offset is P50 I believe, or so I've been told :) Oh and by the way, the front rims sit flush with the tyres but the back don't because the previous owner didn't put wider tyres on the back :( Will probably put 275's on the back eventually.

Hope this helps.

You should buy a small tin of touchup paint for those rims and a thin brush and carefully paint the balance weights, I used to do it to my black rims to hide them a bit.
