how would u set up a second battery in the boot of my wagon?

well, all depends on what you are going to use it for, as a dual battery system or just to run your stereo...you will at least need the pos and neg cables to run to your original battery position....

its for the sterio becoz im planin on adding 2 more amps in my car

u need an earth cable running to a solid clean spot on the body.the positive will only be hooked upto your stereo.now get a dual battery isolator.any 4wd shop will have them.then hook it up. these let ur stereo battery to go flat while your starting battery doesnt. and it always charges the starting battery first then the aux battery only when the main battery is charged fully.

so wat sort of wire should be used 2 go to the battery in the back of the car?

a pretty heavy gauge wire id say, have a look at the cable that runs from your battery to your starter and go for that...
