VX harness will be too hard, stick with VS wiring and PCM. VX PCM is a different kettle of fish and will be a nightmare to get working.

L67 out of vs statesman if you want everything to be plug 'n' play.

Plug and play sounds great, this isn't a show car or a project car (not yet anyway lol) so simplest option is best.

Thanks everyone for your replies.

OK boys, I picked up a VS L67 on the weekend (it was in a VS wagon and originally from a VS statesman), its partly dismantled (heads are off) so I have some questions:

1. Since the blower is off I wanted to give it the once over to make sure it will run right from the start, so who can I get to check it in Sydney? I did have someone that rebuilt my last little blower but he wont do the Eaton ...

2. It has an unfitted 3.5 ZZ Performance pulley that I want to use, will it run ok with the stock tune and the pulley?

3. What mods do these motors respond to most? Im assuming any significant mod will pretty much mean a retune?

4. Are normal composite head gaskets OK? Or should I be going with MLS?

5. Any other pointers would be great.

Cheers
