Can anyone recommend a quality dyno tuner in Sydney that does the factory delco ECU’s?

Anyone EXCEPT ace performance tuning in Michinbury. I’ll never go there again with any car.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I totally agree. Not a good experience. The best tuner I can recommend is YOU. Honestly, learn how to tune it yourself. You wont regret it. Visit delcohacking.com and go from there. So much info and someone may even have the same set up as your car and give you their tune to try or use as a starting base.
