okay so had a vac leak so I changed the manifold gaskets,
car drives okay a little rough, but not too bad.

..but when in park or neutral it idles at about 1800, could this be from the manifold cleaner I sprayed out the tb with? or do I have another problem??

I was gunna see what it does in a few days but I thought someone might know better...

Sounds like it still has a vac leak.

You may possibly have damaged either the TPS or the IAC stepper motor spraying in the carb cleaner. A stuffed IAC stepper could cause a high idle.
