304 missfiring

I did swap some Relays in the engine bay,checked the engine continuity fuses. Yes I do an have a aftermarket key fob brought it from Repco. I did run a piece of wire from my positive on the battery straight to the starter motor it would wind over but wouldn’t fire

Yeah 100% the immobilizer. I put my key in the washing machine once. Locks still worked but wouldn't start. I had to rinse it out with wd40 to get it started lol. I got nothing else.

Thanks 4 the help everyone, it’s on a tow truck an back to the shop. I will let you’d no wot the Diagnosis is
