I have recently fitted the new weld draglites to the vc.
Very happy with the new look, and it goes better also with the lighter wheel set up.
The ride is softer as well with the 15s,
Keen to get back out to willowbank soon to see how it goes now I have a set of 15 inch hoosier slicks on lightweight BMW rims.

Hi,
I raced my vc at willowbank on Saturday night and ran 12.6 @ 107 mph.
Traction was better now with a set of slicks. I am happy with that time, but think there may be a bit more in it with some carby jetting and timing, but did not get a chance as there were too many cars to get many runs.
I am thinking of selling the car now and looking at another project. If anyone is looking for a very clean, fast, reliable and street legal street machine that will pass any rwc, then feel free to contact me.
