considering the fact that intercooling a stock l67 alone ups the out put by atleast 50-60kw, I think it should be alright.

Like said before more of that is in the tune.
If you have a 200kw engine N/A you add 14.7psi into the intake you will never surpass 400kw at that boost level no mater how close you get the charge air to ambient. Get below ambient that's another story.

yeah im only asking because im curious.

Just to clarify, all the figures im talking about are including tuning, kind of just assumed that was a given.

Oh sorry I just realised the thread title is 4.2l I based my figure off a 3.8. It should get close to 300rwkw.

once ive got it tuned ill post a figure, just wanted to see every ones guesses before I get it done. im hoping for at least 300's ive spoken to a few local tune shops and they are hoping to see 320-350. But we will see I guess. might have to change a few things later down the track.

With a 3" pulley?

A M90 is a positive displacement blower, these type of blowers move X amount of air per rotation. You can spin it faster to make more power, you can increase the blower efficiency by intercooling and engine efficiency by stroking but this only increases power by so much. A stock L67 makes 171-179kw which we'll say is about 150rwkw and are looking for 300+rwkw so you effectively want to double the output of the engine....
