I need to know how to disconnect the plug on the passenger side of the gearbox I have been trying for ages and just cant get it some one please help

Thing is glued in. You can try various small screwdrivers and such, or drop the 'box a bit until you can get your fingers at it...

Thanks I dont know what glue they use but I broke the black box and the plug still didn't come out. Im just going to see if I can buy the plug and cut the wires on this one.
