hello all i have a question ? would i be able to use a 4l60e out of an 03 silverado 1500 (lm7 5.3 ) for my calais without changing stuff?

I guess you mean a Chevrolet Silverado....I'm only guessing but I'd say the Calais will have different wiring to the auto for a start especially as the Calais will be from a much earlier year. The engine may be the later gen 3 alloy so will probably be different to your Calais. Not sure who would know as they are pretty rare.
