5.0L VT 1998

So i got my old 5.0l back after selling it 6 years ago still running strong but on occasion when cold starting Donald duck shows up in my engine for about a minuet then fucks off sounds like he's playing a gazoo in there any ideas? seems to go away when moving the injectors and completely stops after engine is slightly warm has had an oil change correct oil ect and i had to rebuild one injector but noise was there before all that

Never mind i found it was the dizzy cap and rotor severely worn out and vibrating pop on new set all is right with the world
