Vsii Utility 50th anniversary
hey i am just about to buy a 1998 50th anniversy commodore ute series 2 and for insurance purposes i need to no if it has independant rear suspension. Does anybody no where i can get details on this car or give me some details if they now them, i dont have the car hence why i cant just check..

It probably has a solid rear end but you could look under the rear end and at the back axle which should be in a straight line from wheel to wheel (side to side). If it was IRS the axle takes some bends and is exposed. Maybe ask the seller....or a dealer. I think all Commo utes had a solid rear end.
