It's either 1/2" or 9/16", I'm pretty sure it's 1/2".

It's definitely not 5/16", that is the same as 8mm. If I was at home I could check. It must be 9/16" then.

9/16" is actually bigger than 14mm, 14.2875 to be exact. 14mm will sometimes fit a 9/16" head but it will be tight.

VY one tonner / gen3 / 6speed
the head of the bolt is 9/16", and a short flat dwarf ring spanner is handy. Don't forget you have to bridge 2 wires at the diagnostic connector near the ECU. Hope you have small hands and thin arms. :whistling

Take the LH cover off and pull the heater hose up over the lip on the firewall and you will have more room.
