It's way too nice for a paddock basher :p

Criteria for a paddock basher, any two of the following:

    a) at least two bent panels
    b) faded paint
    c) 300,000km or more on the clock :p

Morton.. not bagging the Vn but throwing $800 at a $600 car = paddock basher:thumbsup: save the $800 for your next basher... lol... and saying $800 will make it like the day that berlina rolled of the production line says alot about that model....;)

If you can't read that you have either a very bad monitor or really should be wearing glasses :), I'm old as the hills and that's very readable

Nah, throwing $800 at a $600 car = bargain ^_^ I helped a mate fit $500 of new parts and sensors and bushes and whatnot to his $1200 VP Wagon, and it drives like a dream now :) Reliable, cheap daily.

Sure does - build like a good home-made meat pie. There's the outside bits, and there's the inside bits. So simple. If they still built cars like that today, I'd consider saving up to buy one :)

Don't debadge it ^_^ Leaving it all stocko-standard will give it a better resale price for the average buyer. Well... for me anyway. Makes it look unmolested, and implies an easy life :)

More pics once it's cleaned up. I love stock-'restoration' projects ^_^

Another day down and now only the drivers side door and rear passenger door to sand. picked up an airbox, sunvisor clips, drivers side indicator & a nudge bar for $55 at the wreckers so all is moving along well
