The new controller has been installed and road-tested. Going to be offline for a week and will not be working on the controller in the meantime.

8 speed auto project has been stopped.

The guy who requested it tried taking over my operations and business. On top of that he became a rude and manipulative when I didn't heed his demands.

Clive and I have been in communications for the Adventra/Avalanche adaption. We should both be finished at the same time.

I 3D printed a bracket to hold a sensor on for the shift selector. The stock switch inside the transmission is out of alignment and the 4L60e PNP switch on the side doesn't fit.

I'm building my own 3D printer to produce the brackets.

The GM speed sensors internal in the transmission were giving me trouble and didn't seem compatible with my computer module.

I ordered some speed sensors from a manufacturer who builds stuff for other car manufacturers. I tested them today and it all went well.

The speed sensor issue had been doing my head in for a while now and cost me a bit.

The sensors will be properly installed tomorrow.

So, that's the last major issue I'm facing. Now it's mostly polishing and software stuff.

As for tuning, the software will be free and all you need to do is plug in a USB cable for it.

Also, over the New Years' I took the Ute up to St. Arnaud for some motorbike riding. It handled the off road terrain well and had no malfunctions.
