Hi everyone.

Just need to know, what is the most easiest way to put 6x9's into where the stock 6's used to be. I don't wanna take it to some place because here in Albany, they overcharge most likely. The spacers I have, have the drilling holes on the edge of the 9" section, so it cant fit into the metal bracket.

I don't know if I actually am describing this right but, what would be the cheapest and hassle free way of getting the 6x9's into the back? Dad has suggested using sheets of aluminum and doing it with rivets but that sounds like work .

I just want to put my 6x9's in...

Thanks

Hey mate....Put a set into my VR recently....I used spacers, removed the parcel shelf used bolts(phillips head) and good size washers to be sure the nuts(use locktite on the nuts) won't pull through the shelf and put it back in and alls nice and tight!

Sounds like it can work

Suppose that can work, but doesn't it make the parcel shelf shake or anything?
