So the old man went out (After listening to me whine for months) and got something for us to work on. After bouncing from a Sandman, to a LHD Corvette, to a Datto, we landed on a 1976 Ford XB Coupe.
He originally told me it was a John Goss Special but turned out he was pulling my leg. I did like the two tone look of the JG's, but i'll settle for black.
So far this is what i've discovered about it;
302 V8
Edelbrock 351 2v manifold
Holly 650 carb
2" exhaust (Stock headers)
Original paint is Onyx Black
Has the W2 interior (Still original!)
Factory aircon
Factory sunroof
We had it up on the hoist and theres no decent rust anywhere. Seriously, just bubbles here and there.
Things to do;
Retrim
Respray
It's still parked at the mechanics, so if the rain stops here i'll duck down and grab some pics.
